IBM System Storage

The IBM Storage Management Academy equips graduates with the necessary technical and consultative skills to support and implement storage solutions.

How does it work?

We select final year students and graduates from across the UK.
All applicants to the academy must pass a two phase screening process to determine their suitability for the Academy and the role of a consultant before being invited to study with us.

Business Partners select potential employees from our Academy students.
In providing an opportunity for Business Partners to interview our pre-screened students we ensure that both employee and employer are carefully matched and are happy working together.

Academy students study an intensive ten week structured training programme.
A training programme is established which allows each student an opportunity to gain their IBM Certified Status qualifications in addition to personal development skills focusing on: Effective business communications; Time management; Customer service awareness.

But we don’t leave it there!
The programme is underpinned by a Personal Development Plan which ensures all graduates receive mentoring and support through formal review sessions with our experienced Academy management team.
