HP OpenView Technical Academy
The HP OpenView Academy equips graduates with an integrative approach and the related technical skills necessary to implement the core OpenView products.
How does it work?
We select final year students and graduates from across the UK.
All applicants to the academy must pass a two phase screening process to determine their suitability for the Academy and the role of a consultant before being invited to study with us.
Business Partners select potential employees from our Academy students.
In providing an opportunity for Business Partners to interview our pre-screened students we ensure that both employee and employer are carefully matched and are happy working together.
Academy students study an intensive fast track training programme.
The program is split into two product and three consultative skills modules.
- Product modules focus on core OpenView network management products, Network Node Manager and OpenView Operations for Windows. Each module contains structured HP accredited training, practical simulations of real world situations, and demonstration of learning through hands on workshop tasks.
- Consultative modules focus on providing the student with effective Business Communication, Time Management and Customer Service Skills.
But we don’t leave it there!
The programme is underpinned by a Personal Development Plan which ensures all graduates receive mentoring and support through formal review sessions with our experienced Academy management team.
